• Strong kinesthetic awareness and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You must love movement and being on your feet all day.   

• Self motivated. This job requires a real get-up-and-go kind of personality!

• Understand and share our values of CARE, RESPECT and HONESTY.

• A natural problem solver. Can’t find the buzzer at your client's condo? That’s ok! You can figure it out.

• Positive attitude. There will be hard, long days, and your attitude will make it or break it.

• A lover of little details. Think styling, folding throw blankets and seeing dirt with X-ray vision. Every detail counts.

WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE JOB?

• Full time positions only. Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 (some days are shorter..or longer!). We pay overtime.

• Cleaning Technicians start at $20 during probation period, with increase to $22 after successful 90 days.

• Your bi-weekly paycheck can vary based on hours worked ($1200-$1500+)

• $15/hour driving rate + up to $0.70/km mileage reimbursement

• Optional weekend shifts can be available if you wish to pick up extra hours

• Residential, move in/out, small and medium size post-construction/commercial cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A personal reliable vehicle + driver’s license. We clean around Calgary and surrounding areas (from Bearspaw to DeWinton)

• Working smartphone with data, compatible with apps

• Clean background criminal check

• Must be pet-friendly.

• Must be able to consistently lift 20lbs., bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

• Ability to get along with your people from all walks of life

• Have a sense of respect, responsibility and self-awareness

• Proficient in English
